We see that women are typically working hard to balance every aspect of their personal, professional and family lives, making self-care and personal wellness almost impossible to achieve, leaving women feeling exhausted.

I believe that my role as your counselor is to provide you with a safe, supportive and collaborative environment, supporting and empowering you to make wanted changes in your life. My approach with counseling for women is integrative, holistic, and tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

In my practice, I draw on a number of evidence-based modes of therapy. These include mind-body therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt), acceptance and commitment therapy (act), mindfulness, positive psychology, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy. During sessions, you can expect me to be active and engaged, and to build on your strengths and experience. I will also be unconditionally supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental as we work together to address your challenges and reach your goals.

Parent Coaching For Moms

When you became a parent, the anxiety of taking care of your child, from the physical needs to the social-emotional needs, increased immensely.
